NAIJ.com came across the inspiring story of a goodhearted Nigerian man identified as Bashir Usman who returned money he found to its owner.
Usman who is a tricycle (keke napep) driver reportedly returned a sum of five Hundred and eighty two thousand four hundred naira (N582,400) to a passenger who forgot the money in his tricycle.
According to reports, the keke napep driver was encouraged by his wife who counted the money to return it to the owner.
It was gathered that the passenger identified simply as Mama Ejimeh who is a trader was in tears after she found out that her money had gone missing.
The incident occurred in Narguta area of Jos, Plateau state, when Usman returned the money on Tuesday, November 7.
NAIJ.com gathered that the trader had forgotten the money in Usman’s tricycle after she boarded it on Saturday, November 4.
