Kano clerics searches for parents of boy who was abandoned in front of their mosque (photos)

These days the rate at which little children are being abandoned in public places keeps getting on the rise. Despite the awareness, people still give birth and abandon the child later.

Such is the case of a little and handsome boy who was abandoned in a mosque based in Kano. According to findings, it was discovered that this boy was brought in there all the way from Kastina state.

NAIJ.com gathered that ever since the clerics in the mosque have seen this little boy, they have been searching for his relations and decided to make use of a Facebook profile to further their search.

According to Rariya on Facebook, they posted the picture of the boy with a letter which was found in his pocket. However, the post was written in Arabic but when translated it says:

"This son of a servant of God has come to a Mosque in Kano and put this paper in his pocket. But our study shows that child was born in Katsina state. So we asked members to spread this picture (sharing) or we will fit a few stereotypes. God made us fit. Amen. Statement from the office of the board, Kano. This boy you are seeing a man brought him to a mosque in Kano state and put this paper in his pocket.”
