A young Nigerian man, Perewari Victor, has graduated with first class honours from Lincoln University in the United States.
Victor graduated alongside 20 other students from Bayelsa state who also completed their education in flying colours.
NAIJ.com gathered that all the 21 students who are on government scholarship graduated on Saturday, May 12, 2017.
Bayelsa state governor, Henry Seriake Dickson, who congratulated the 21 students, described them as worthy ambassadors and pride of the state.

Dickson explained that with the students achievements they have placed Bayelsa state on the global map with exceptional academic endowments.
The governor also expressed deep appreciation to the school management for their patience and understanding.
According to him, despite Bayelsa state’s inability to pay the scholarship fees for the students, the management at Lincoln University has been understanding and cooperative.
Dickson assured the university management that efforts were being made to pay up the remaining balance.
